NOTE - THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND PIECE AND WILL NOT BE RECREATED.
Presenting the ever-versatile, chic and edgy blazer dress.
The micro-collection SONDER was inspired by the word itself ;
n. (neologism) The profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passed in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it.
We all live in our personal bubbles in this modern day society: we are all obsessed with how we get portrayed on social media and to others. The collection reflects my heart on the subject: We ALL have beautifully vibrant, vivid lives under the surface.
The blazer dress is mid- thigh length, and wrapped closure with straps has double jetted pockets on each side. Left side has a classic lapel detail to keep the formality. The other side with long, draped collar made of beautifully luscious black bamboo silk, lined under with vibrant hand-dyed bamboo silk.
The draped collar is longer than the body, so wear it however you would like - draped over the shoulder like a fancy cape, or swept over the front like a beautiful scarf. The back is adorned with sliced open panel of faux leather, revealing the hand-dyed bamboo silk underneath the golden braided spine.
Our garments are all created with the traditional Korean garment, Hanbok, mindset of "clothes of the wind", where the body is not restricted by the cloth but move with them.
Models shown in the images are 5'10 and 5', wearing size small.
